With over a decade of experience in quality control, productivity improvement, business development, and grant writing, Tcholom has helped companies, SMEs, and non-profits achieve measurable growth. His strategies have increased business productivity by up to 24% and secured critical funding for numerous community initiatives. He combines expertise in Business, community building, phyto-cosmetology, food processing, vocational training, and grant development with a passion for empowering entrepreneurs and strengthening organizations.
